メンタルの調子はまぁまぁ
今年の年末年始から、妻の実家と私の実家を行き来する少し忙しい正月を過ごすことになった。少し妻の実家が遠いので、新幹線でちょっとした旅みたいな感じで楽しかった。とはいえ正月なので観光とかはできないけれど。今年から一人の生活じゃなくて家に妻がいる。初めは息がつまるかなと思っていたけれど、そこまでではなかった。むしろ性格が全く違うので、私の認知療法的にはいいのかなと思い始めている。
妻はいい意味で自分の感情を大切にしているので、周りの声に惑わされないところが尊敬できる。一方で、それに私が振り回されることもあるのだが。しかし、自分の考え方がいかに偏っているのかというのは、ほかの人の考え方に触れないと分からないことが多い。そういった意味では違う人間と一緒に生活することは良かったと思う。これからも円満に生活していきたい。
昨年の投資について
昨年の振り返りをしていたが、前半は良かったが後半はダメダメだった。８月まででFX資金を3倍まで増加させることができた。これは損切りを徹底して、一方では伸ばせる部分は伸ばせたというのが大きかったように思う。しかし、そこから4か月ほどはダメダメで、損切りができずに利益をすべて吐き出すどころかマイナスまで行ってしまった。損切りができなかった理由としてはロットが大きくなったこと。負けが込むと損切りが続いたとき、かつ損切りした後にすぐ戻ることが連続したときがまずい。損切りを一度やめてしまうとポジションが死ぬまで逆行が進む。
けれど自分の癖も分かってきたし、どうすればいいのかというのは分かってきた。正しいことをやり続けることがどれほど大事かは認識できた。利益を焦らず積み上げていければいいかな。
