結論から言うと短期足のチャートに振り回されているということである。
ポジポジ病になってしまっていることをしっかりと認識した。
原因はおそらくチャートを見る時間が増えたということ。
最近はコロナの影響で残業を抑制する方向に進んでいるので、家にいる時間がだいぶ増えた。
そうするとチャートを見る。
で時間足だとほとんど動きがないので、いつもはあまり見ない5分足のチャートを見る。
すると5分足でトレンドが出ただけでチャンスと思ってエントリーしてしまう。
これは勝っていた時にはなかった傾向である。
でチャートを見ることができるので、裁量でやってしまう部分が増えたということ。

もう少し引き付けてからじゃないと利確まで遠くなるし、損切りまで近くなる。
目線があっていても、結局損切りで終わってしまう。
そんなわけで、だめだったら一旦引いて様子を見る。
